I've decided to create this blog to share experience about managing vacation rentals and the clients we face.
Often we see online, its all about customers commenting about their stay in a vacation rental / holiday rentals. Lest we forget there is the other side of coin, the vacation rentals owner and managers who are also human and have feelings.
